STRATEGIC NARRATIVE INSIGHTS

Will You Be That Leader?

If you or someone in your organization is wondering, “What’s my/our story?”, I doubt that you’re just looking for an anecdote starting with “once upon a time…”?

We’ve heard it a million times from CEOs, executives, founders, and entrepreneurs. That question connects with this other one: “What’s my/our growth strategy?”

A crisis like the COVID-19 pandemic creates struggle but also some whitespace for entrepreneurial leaders to find the opportunities that will stimulate new growth. That’s one of the silver linings.

But here is the thing: traditional growth strategies might get you stuck into the same old thinking and methods that are no longer suited for our new normal of constant change.

It’s time to get creative about how you grow your business. Be the visionary that brings back the spark when you face a new challenge.

It’s time for you to build your next narrative.

Will you be that leader?

Four stories to get you there

A strategic narrative is a system of four stories that turn your audience into participants of your business opportunity and your business growth.

In telling those four stories, you answer four questions critical for a business to grow.

1 - The Origin Story: in your journey, what opportunity did you see that others ignore?

2 - The Opportunity Story: how do you inspire your customers to adopt a new approach to realize this opportunity now?

3 - The Perspective Story: how do you challenge the wisdom that others accept as truth so you rally forces no one can?

4 - The Product Story: how do you position new products and services, so people sense that it will change their life (in a good way)?

Tomorrow, I will explore The Product Story in-depth, and I invite you to join us during a free 30-minute session. It’s not a sales webinar.

What is this all about?

This Thursday, June 17th, join us at 9:00 am Pacific. It’s free.

I am inviting you every Thursday at 9:00 am Pacific to attend a free 30-minute talk+conversation about one of the strategic narrative principles in the book I am writing. I call these meetings Strategic Narrative Underground Sessions.

It is an opportunity for us to connect, learn and provide input on a piece of work that you might end up using for your own benefit. For me, it’s a chance to test new ideas.

At the end of the call, you will get access to the Google document with the manuscript of my book. Each time you join, you get access to a new pattern. You can join for free as many times as you want.

Register in advance for this meeting here.

Again, it’s free.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
