The Irony Of Company Growth

by Nov 20, 2021Entrepreneurial Leadership

When the company is small, you focus.

You bring your passion, energy, grit, and constant creativity to pursue a dream. You ground your narrative on the conviction that you can create more impact. You mobilize people.

But as the company grows, there is divergence.

The more people, departments, and versions of your product, the more you can get lost. The bigger the company, the greater the risk of losing sight of the belief that you and your team are producing greatness.

The sheer energy that helps you build something meaningful can lead you to grow something meaningless.

That’s the irony.
