Easy Mode

I worked on something really hard yesterday.

Then, around 11 pm, I finally sat down to email you something that I will publish later because I was so tired that I literally fell asleep on my computer and didn’t finish it.

I’m sorry.

Instead, I should have done something easy yesterday.

Watching a show on Netflix is easy.

Skipping your daily exercise is easy.

Procrastinating is easy.

Cleaning up your desk is easy.

Running a useless meeting is easy.

Shopping and spending money on stuff is easy.

Easy is easy.

But easy doesn’t reward well.

Life on “easy mode” will reward you like it too.
