Once you submit your payment, you will receive a welcome email and a follow up email with a link to schedule your consultation in Guillaume’s calendar.

Typically, you will be able to book your call as early as the week following your request, sometimes the same week.

We apply strict confidentiality rules. We can have an NDA in place before our first call if the situation requires it.

No. You can ask any question about any business, and you can schedule your call at any time. There is no expiration date.

No. If you need us to help you write or design your documents, we can suggest a custom consulting engagement to address this need after our call.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us by email at  contact@metahelm.com or phone at least 24 hours before. Otherwise, your consultation will be deemed to have occurred. With less than 24 hours, you can reschedule your consultation based on our availability and the payment of a reschedule is $250.
