We apply strict confidentiality rules. We can have an NDA in place before our first call if the situation requires it.
Will the consultation be limited to a specific project, scope or timeframe?
No. You can ask any question about any business, and you can schedule your call at any time. There is no expiration date.
Will you update my strategic narrative documents during or after the consultation?
No. If you need us to help you write or design your documents, we can suggest a custom consulting engagement to address this need after our call.
What if I miss the meeting or need to reschedule at the last minute?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us by email or phone at least 24 hours before. Otherwise, your consultation will be deemed to have occurred. With less than 24 hours, you can reschedule your consultation based on Guillaume’s availability and the payment of a reschedule is $250.
Can my colleagues or business partners join the call?
No. This is a one-on-one consultation. But you can of course share the recording of the call with them afterward.
How many calls like this one can I book with you?
